We help communities recover, rebuild and reimagine after disaster

Open Forum with Marshall Fire Survivors Feb 16, 2022

After the Fire is brought a delegation of Sonoma County, CA Fire Survivors who lost their homes in the 2017 North Bay Complex Fires to Boulder County. Each served as a community leader in the long term recovery and rebuilding of their community. Just like the Marshall Fire, the North Bay Firestorm destroyed entire suburban neighborhoods in a matter of hours. But they are now rebuilt. This panel shared how the recovery unfolded and how these leaders helped over the long term to make the rebuild happen more quickly with fewer problems for all the stakeholders involved.
